Commission is a great way to incentivize your team members and encourage them to increase their sales.
There are two ways to set up commission: default commission rates and team member commission rates.
Default Commission Rates: This is a default rate that you can set for products and/or services. Once set, the same rate will apply to all team members.
Team Member Commission Rates: This option allows you to set individual commission rates for each team member. This is useful if you want to offer different rates based on seniority, experience, or other factors.
Setting Up Default Commission Rates:
Step 1: Click Store Admin under your name at the top right.
Step 2: Select Team Settings. Here, you can set your default commission rate by entering the percentage in the designated field. Once you are satisfied with the rate, click Save.
Setting Up Team Member Commission Rates:
Step 1: Click on the Team Members tab and select Your Team.
Step 2: Locate the team member in question and open their team member card. Click on the Payroll tab and you will see the option to adjust their individual commission rate for products and/or services. Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save.
Congratulations, you have successfully set up commission rates for your team members. Now sit back and watch as your team members are motivated to sell more and increase your salon's revenue.
