Setting up prepaid packages within Konnect Spa and Salon Software is easy! The benefit of doing this is it enables your business to create and sell attractive packages upfront and keep your clients coming back for the long term.
Before setting up your prepaid pack, ensure the service(s) involved in the pack is already created on the system.
To make a Prepaid Package:
Step 1: Click the Products menu and select Prepaid Package.
Step 2: Select New Prepaid
Step 3: The Prepaid Package screen will appear.
Enter the details of your Prepaid Package:
- SKU: A unique code for your package.
- Description: Enter a short description of what the package is.
- Category: Select a category that best fits your package.
- Barcode: If you have a barcode for your package, you may add it in here.
- Status: Ensure the status is set to Active for your package to be usable in new transactions.
- Expiry After: If you wish to incorporate an expiry date to your package, you may select a timeframe from the list.
- Price: Set a price for your prepaid pack. This is the price the client will pay upfront for the package.
- Tax Rate: Set the applicable tax rate for your country/region.
Step 4: Now that you have setup the details of your package, you will need to add the services that are provided to your client when they purchase the pack.
These services are added to the client's client card for future use within your stores(s).
To add a Service to your Package:

Select the service from the dropdown list - highlighted in green below

Enter the quantity you wish to provide to the customer - highlighted in red below

Tap the plus (+) button
In our example, we have added 10 Consultation Sessions. This is how that will appear once added:
If you need to delete the service you have added, use the trash can and add your services again.
