To change your Opening Hours:
Step 1: Visit https://my.konnect.software/Admin/OpeningHours and log into your Konnect account.
Once you have logged in, you will be directed to the Opening Hours page.
Step 2: On the Opening Hours page, you will see a calendar view of your current opening hours. To make changes, simply click on the day and time you wish to edit.
Step 3: After selecting the day and time, a pop-up window will appear where you can make the necessary changes. You can adjust the opening and closing times, as well as add breaks or special hours for that day.
NOTE: After changing your opening hours, it is important to also adjust your team roster or default working hours to ensure that your team is available during the new opening hours.
