Konnect allows you to easily change your booking with just a few simple steps. Whether you need to reschedule your appointment or switch to a different team member, Konnect makes it easy to make these changes without any hassle.
Within the Same Day:
If you need to move your booking to a different time or team member within the same day, simply drag the booking to the space.
Different Day:
If you need to move your booking to a different day, tab the booking and select Reschedule. Now select the new date on the calendar and tap the space you wish to move the booking to.
