# **To make a new booking**

**Step 1** - Tap or click on the main Calendar at the time you wish to make a booking.

**Step 2 -** Start by searching for your client. You can enter their Name, Phone Number, Email Address or Pet Name.

Note: If you have a new client, enter the new client's details and tap the Save Client button.

**Step 3** - Once you have selected a **Client**. You can select the service the client wishes to have in the **Service** dropdown box.

**Step 4** - The **Selected Services** will be shown. Click Save when you have finished adding all the required services.

# Hints and Tips

## Notes

If you wish to add an important Note to the booking, tap the Notes menu.

## Employee and Pets

When adding a service to a booking, you can select a different Pet or Employee for each service booked.

## Change the Service Price or Length

Tap the Service and update the details, make sure you click the Save Icon when done.

## Change the Date and Time

Tap the Date and Time at the top of the Booking Wizard to adjust them.

## Block Time

If you need to block out time on your calendar, simply enter the booking wizard and tap the Block Time button. Select from the list provided.
