Client Mode allows your clients to fill in their contact details on any portable device, such as a tablet or iPad.

Client Mode restricts client access to their personal details page only.

**To create a new client in client mode.**

Click on the following link:

From the top menu, click on the **Clients** tab.

From the drop-down menu, select **New Client.**

The Client **Contact Details** page will appear.

**Client Mode** – Select **Client Mode** if you would like the client to fill out the details page themselves, using a tablet or iPad.

Once **Client Mode** is selected, a pop-up will appear.

A code is included in this pop-up. Please write down this code as you will need it to exit Client Mode afterwards. In this example the is 3389. Your code will be different.

Click on the blue **Continue** button and hand the tablet to your client.

Instruct your client to fill in the required fields.

Once the client has filled in all the required sections, Konnect will prompt the client to **Save Changes.**

Once the client saves the changes, they will receive instructions to let a staff member know they have finished.

Type in Code in this example which is 3389 in the **Return Code** field. - Remember to use the code that was provided to you in the step above.

Now your tablet will return to regular staff mode.
