Setting up an employee’s calendar details allows you control over whether you would like your employee to be displayed in the booking screen and rosters screen.

From the drop-down menu, select **Your Employees.**The **employee’s** page will appear.

The **employee’s** page will appear.

Select the **View** button for the desired employee.

Select **Calendar** from the side options.

The **Calendar** Details page will appear.

**Show in Booking Screen**: The option is set to **Yes** by default. Select **No**, if you do not want your employee to appear on the booking screen.

**Show in Rosters Screen**: The option is set to **Yes** by default. Select **No**, if you do not want your employee to appear on the Rosters screen.

**Display Order:** Type in the number from left to right, e.g., number 1 will display the employee as the first booking column on your booking screen.

Once finished, select the blue **save** button.
