If you have recently changed your card, you may update this on our software to ensure monthly debit is not interrupted.

To change your credit card details:

**Step 1:** Go to <https://my.konnect.software/MyAccount>

**Step 2:** Click **Credit** **Card**. If you already have a card saved, it will show you the last 4 digits and its expiry. If you need to change the card details, click **Change**.
