All suspended items, be it a product, service or a category, continue to remain in the system's database and is hidden from active items. If you need to recall the item, you simply have to reactivate it.

## To reactivate a suspended service:

**Step 1:** Go to the **Products** tab and select **Services**.

**Step 2:** The Service list will appear. Tap **Filter** and then **Suspended**, then Apply.

**Step 3:** Locate the Service in question and change the Status to Active.
