There are 2 ways of processing refunds on Konnect. **Booking Refund** and a **Cash Refund**.

**To do a Booking Refund:**

**Step 1:** Locate the booking and right click and select **Booking** **Refund**.

**Step 2:** Select the refund method of payment and click **Complete**.

**To do a Cash Refund:**

**Step 1:** Click the **Transaction** tab and select **Cash** **Refund**.

**Step 2:** Search the item you a refunding from the search item list, then select the refund method of payment along with the total amount to be refunded and click **Complete**.
