It is important to enter all gift card redemption through Konnect. This way all gift cards claimed will be written off which prevents dual usage, resulting in a loss to your business.

To claim a gift card:

**Step 1:** In a Transaction, select **Gift** **Card** as payment and Click **+** to add the payment onto the transaction. Note that the Amount Due must be equal or lower than the Gift Card value.

**Step 2:** The Gift Card popup will appear prompting you to enter your Gift Card Number. Once found, select it from the list.

**Step 3:** The Gift Card payment will be applied to the transaction.
