Konnect can send promotional messages, booking reminders and product updates via text messages to your clients. This is a powerful tool for you to achieve business awareness to your existing clients.

Before sending any messages out, you will need to purchase credits. To buy credits:

**Step 1:** Click the **Marketing** tab and select **Buy** **Credits**.

**Step 2:** Click **Buy Now** on the SMS/Email package you wish to purchase.

**Step 3:** The Credit Card purchase screen will appear. Enter your payment details and click **Submit** to purchase.

**Note:** Your credits (SMS and Email) does not have an expiry date/period and will remain in your account until used.
